Nyra Waves strives to provide high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return. Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.

4. Refunds
Since we offer cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be processed in cash or as a replacement product, based on the nature of the issue. Refunds or replacements are only applicable after verification of the returned item.
